5 Challenges of Contact Centre Management and How to Overcome Them

Unhappy customers, disengaged employees, agents quitting, an ever-increasing volume of calls to handle — add managing remote workers to that list of challenges, and it’s clear why contact centre management isn’t easy.

Contact centres and call centres are notoriously stressful environments, and workforce management in a contact centre can be an onerous task. Don’t be discouraged, though.
