It’s been a week full of accolades, so we’re thrilled to share that Invoca’s Signal AI platform has also won the “Best AI-based Solution for Marketing” as part of the annual AI Breakthrough Awards. The competition was extremely fierce with over 2,500 nominations coming in from all over the world. And we’re in great company with winners including Google, Qualcomm, and NVIDIA, plus an impressive list of top companies and startups in the artificial intelligence market.

This comes on the heels of being named in a Forrester New Wave™ report as a Strong Performer in AI-Fueled Speech Analytics Solutions and CB Insights recognizing Invoca as one of six marketing, sales and CRM companies worldwide named to the annual AI 100 list. And we were also recently included on a list by TopRank of 54 artificial intelligence powered marketing tools.

This kind of praise is really exciting for our team because Signal AI is not only the result of a lot of hard work across the organization, but customer adoption has been strong with over 2 million conversations analyzed by the solution to date, and Invoca customers like Frontier Communications and Starkey Hearing Technologies are seeing impressive results.
