Her expertise spans software engineering, product management, design, SRE, and data science. Teresa has led major transformations, including cloud migrations, monolith-to-microservices transitions, and the adoption of platform strategies.

Most recently, Teresa was the Chief Product Officer at Stack Overflow, where she led product, engineering, and community management through significant growth, a $1.8 billion acquisition by Prosus, and a transformation to Product-Led Growth. Previously, she served as the Global Head of Product & Engineering at McKinsey New Ventures, scaling B2B SaaS solutions and cultivating a global community of technologists. Earlier roles include CTO at Namely and SVP of Technology Operations and Security at WebMD.
An avid learner and traveller, Teresa has visited over 90 countries and all seven continents, capturing and sharing her journeys. She holds degrees from Carnegie Mellon University (BS) and George Mason University (MS) and serves on the Oklahoma School of Science and Math Foundation Board, supporting the institution that sparked her passion for technology.
