Paid Time Off

Invoca encourages real work-life balance for our employees, and actively supports each Invocan in creating the life they aspire to. We have an outstanding PTO policy, starting at 20 days off, for all full-time employees. We also offer 15 paid holidays, 10 days compassionate leave, 3 days volunteer time and more.

Healthcare

Invoca offers a health care program that includes medical, dental and vision coverage. There are multiple plan options to choose from so you can make the best choice for yourself, partner and family.

Paid Family/Medical Leave

Invoca offers up to six weeks 100% paid leave for baby bonding, adoption, and caring for family members, and up to twelve weeks 100% paid leave for one’s own medical leave.

We thank our long-term team members with an additional week of PTO along with a bonus after seven years of service.

Current Openings

Recently, we’ve noticed a rise in phishing attempts targeting individuals who believe they are applying to our job postings. These fraudulent emails, posing as official communications from Invoca, aim to deceive individuals into sharing sensitive information. Attacks have attempted to use the Invoca name and logo and have tried to impersonate individuals from our HR team by claiming to represent Invoca.

If you have communicated through one of these websites, we strongly suggest you stop all communications right away. If you have shared any sensitive information, we recommend that you take precautions to protect any information that you have shared and consider filing a cybercrime police report. If you have noticed any suspicious activity, received related materials, contracts, emails or any other information you wish to send, please forward it to legal@invoca.com.
