The Key to Our Success
At Invoca, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are core to our success. We're committed to a workplace where everyone belongs, feels empowered to be themselves, and has their contributions valued — amplifying the voices of our employees, customers, and communities.

Our commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging
At Invoca, we’re committed to fostering a culture that’s fair, equitable, and welcoming for everyone. This approach is based on four sets of initiatives:
Activation
To support employees who want to make a personal impact in their communities, through our Paid Volunteer Time-Off and Company Donation Matching programs.

Transparency
To sharing data publicly about our workforce twice a year to keep ourselves accountable.
Education
To raise awareness, through our ERGs, speakers, and programs.
Policies
To drive sustained changes, especially in recruiting and compensation.

Our commitment to pay equity
Ensuring fair and equitable pay for all Invocans is critical to building a workplace that is truly diverse and inclusive. To achieve pay equity, Invoca takes a proactive and intentional approach to ensure we are paying everyone fairly. Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and job responsibilities, and we ensure these criteria are applied consistently for all employees. We conduct semiannual pay equity analyses to identify and immediately address any disparities that may exist, resulting in 99% equal pay between men and women and white and BIPOC employees in similar jobs.
Our employee resource groups
Invoca’s employee resource groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee-led groups that provide employees a safe space to foster a diverse and inclusive workspace.
DEIB mission-driven groups serve as the driving force of our DEIB initiative. Invoca has three ERGs today:
