Invoca Achieves Great Place to Work Certification 7 Years in a Row

Getting Great Place to Work (GPTW) certified for the seventh year in a row means more than slapping another badge on our careers page, even though that does feel pretty great. For us, it’s a signal that we’re continuing in the right direction and living up to our core values. 

Our survey results from the certification give us data behind why Invocans think this is a special place to work — from trusting leadership to make smart decisions to being given unique opportunities to grow. Being certified as a Great Place to Work is just one small step of many in our journey to building and maintaining a strong company culture. We’re ecstatic to see these results and are determined to continue moving in the right direction.

Invoca Employee Satisfaction Far Exceeds the Average US Company

Invoca employee satisfaction outpaces employee satisfaction at a typical US company by 40%. Nearly all of our employees enjoy their jobs at Invoca, as opposed to six out of ten employees at the average US company.

Invocans Enjoy a Welcoming Environment and Work-Life Flexibility

Invoca scored high marks across the board in the questionnaire. Our employees agreed nearly unanimously that the company allows them to take time off work when necessary, management is approachable, and their peers made them feel welcome when they joined.
