Introducing Invoca Impact Awards 2024 Finalists!

This is my favorite time of the year! No, it’s not Halloween — it’s Invoca Impact Awards! Each year, we celebrate the extraordinary accomplishments of our customers and partners. Helping our customers thrive is our number one objective, and in this year’s Invoca Impact Awards, we're recognising our most outstanding customers and partners across 8 categories. We’re excited to share this year’s finalists, and winners will be announced here on September 25th, so stay tuned!

Customer Categories

The first category is Rookie of the Year. The Rookie of the Year is a customer who has been using Invoca for less than a year and has immediately grasped its value. They demonstrate outstanding dedication to getting up and running quickly and have embraced revenue execution with vigor and passion. They've also seen a swift and meaningful impact within months of going live.

Huge congratulations to the finalists for Rookie of the Year: BOOST Mobile, CenterWell, Daikin, and Extended Stay America. You have all achieved an incredible amount in such a short time!

The AI Visionary of the Year makes the most of their investment through a strong vision and execution. They use Invoca’s AI technology in new and innovative ways to meet objectives and transform their business. They typically join beta programs, leading product direction and execution. They also push our platform and product teams to make improvements that positively impact the broader Invoca community.

We're so thrilled for the leadership of the following finalists: AutoNation, The Aspen Group, T-Mobile, and U.S. Bank!

The Best Revenue Team successfully fights siloes by connecting marketing and sales teams. This allows them to track and optimise the buying journey in order to drive more revenue. Through their use of Invoca, they successfully connect their paid media investments directly to revenue, improve digital engagement, and deliver seamless buyer experiences. 

These finalists fully exemplify what it means to be part of a collaborative team like this: Angel Reyes, DIRECTV, Kinetic, and T-Mobile!

The customer who wins the Buyer Journey Excellence Award provides the best experience to their callers because they give their sellers actionable insights about the incoming call. Sellers effectively use this information to optimise the buying experience and convert more calls.

Our final customer category is Revenue Execution Hero of the Year. This award is given to an individual who speaks publicly about their expertise and the innovative ways they use our software. They provide public testimonials, participate regularly in thought leadership opportunities, and are widely considered subject matter experts. 

These finalists truly exemplify what it means to be a Hero: Nesby Ingram with DIRECTV, John McGill with Home Franchise Concepts, Alex Balasis with Renewal by Andersen, and Melissa Reilly with U.S. Bank!

Partner Awards

Our first partner award is the Break-Through Partner of the Year and is given to a partner or agency who has introduced a new integration, joint use case, or GTM channel. This partner uses outside-of-the-box thinking to help our joint customers succeed.

The finalists in this category are: Dentsu, Freshpaint, and Publicis. Keep on breaking through!

The Partner Collaboration Award is given to the technology or agency partner who consistently assists us with events, webinars, lunch and learns, and other promotional activities to drive visibility and business.

Huge congratulations to these very collaborative partners: DAC Group, Google, and Tealium!

Our final category in this year’s Invoca Impact Awards is the Partner Innovation Award. The Partner Innovation Award is given to the technology or agency partner who consistently delivers the most creative use cases or integration ideas. They help us bring cutting edge solutions to market and drive the next generation of tools for the industry.
