Congratulations Invoca Impact Awards 2024 Winners!

The crisp autumn air has arrived, which can only mean one thing — it’s time for Invoca’s annual Impact Awards! It’s our favorite time of year because we get to show our appreciation for our customers’ most incredible achievements. We had a record number of nominations this year and some of the most innovative use cases we’ve ever seen, so we had a lot of tough choices to make to narrow it down to these eight winners across five customer categories and three partner categories. Our customers' work is so incredible that we also decided to name a runner-up for each category this year. Let’s get this award show on the road!

Rookie of the Year

The Rookie of the Year award goes to a customer who has been using Invoca for less than a year and has quickly understood its value. They’ve shown great dedication in quickly getting started, fully embraced revenue execution, and made a meaningful impact within just a few months of going live.

Boost Mobile earned the runner-up spot for the Rookie of the Year due to its great strides in increasing phone sales via bidding optimizations. Congratulations to Cedric Chambers and the entire Boost Mobile team!

CenterWell won Rookie of the Year because it wowed us with its all-around approach, combining technical proficiency and strategic insight. It positions Invoca at the core of its data-driven decision-making. Huge congrats to Michelle Murphy and the CenterWell team.

And a hat tip to the amazing finalists at Daikin and Extended Stay America. Check out this video to learn more about why we chose CenterWell and Boost Mobile.

AI Visionary of the Year

The AI Visionary of the Year award goes to a customer who makes the most of their investment through strong vision and execution, using Invoca’s AI technology in new and innovative ways to meet business goals and transform their business operations. This customer often participates in beta programs, leading product direction and execution, and uses Invoca in unique ways to push our platform to new levels that positively impact the broader Invoca community.

The AI Visionary of the Year runner-up is U.S. Bank, which impressed us with their approach to increasing quality calls. Congrats to Melissa Reilly, Bruce Gibbs, Keith Calleja, and the whole team!

The winner trophy goes to AutoNation, which continues to redefine the boundaries of what’s possible by deeply integrating Invoca into its daily operations to drive insights across a wide array of business-critical outcomes. Let’s put our hands together for Matteo Togni, Maia Menendez-Carruego, Melissa Cartagena, Bryan Baker, and the whole team!

And let’s not forget our other finalists The Aspen Group and T-Mobile. Check out this video to learn more about why we chose our winner and runner-up, and hear from our friends at AutoNation!

Best Revenue Team

The Best Revenue Team breaks down barriers between marketing and sales teams to track and optimize the buying journey and drive more revenue. By using Invoca’s revenue execution platform, they connect their paid media efforts directly to revenue, improve digital engagement, and deliver top-notch buyer experiences that lead to more sales.

Congratulations to our runner-up, DIRECTV, which impressed us with its data-driven partnership between the contact center and marketing team. This partnership led to huge gains in call answer rate, call center premium sales, and a significant reduction in cost-per-sale. Matthew Michels, Mark Loovis, and Nesby Ingram, you continue to crush it year after year!

The trophy goes to the Best Revenue team at T-Mobile, which stood out for its strong partnership between marketing and the contact center and its innovative use of AI. We are fortunate for your partnership, Morgan Hood, Nate Knox, Wade Burris, Brad Stamulis, and the entire team!

Hat tip to our finalists at Angel Reyes & Associates and Kinetic! Watch this video to learn more about why we chose our winner and runner-up.

Buyer Journey Excellence

This award goes to the customer who provides the best experience to their callers by giving their sellers actionable insights about the incoming call. Sellers effectively use this information to enhance the buying experience and close more sales.

The Buyer Journey Excellence runner-up honor goes to RealTruck for its advanced use of caller digital journey data and routing to improve caller experience. Huge congrats to Dave Brady and the whole team.

The trophy for Buyer Journey Excellence goes to AT&T, whose services and business departments really hit it out of the park this year with their routing and enhanced data strategies, which help their agents close even more sales. Congratulations to Ben Downing, Kathryn Jacobs, Parthiv Sheth, Hiep Nguyen, and thank you for your partnership.

Let’s not forget our finalists at Nemours and Senior helpers! Check out this video to learn more about our winner, runner-up, and finalists.

Revenue Execution Hero of the Year

Our final customer award, the Revenue Execution Hero of the Year, goes to someone who publicly shares their expertise and innovative use of the Invoca solution to maximize value. They regularly provide testimonials, participate in thought leadership events, and are recognized as subject matter experts.

The runner-up for this category is Nesby Ingram from DIRECTV, who helped us create amazing content this year, such as the webinar “7 Ways to Make Your Conversions, ROAS, & Reputation Soar With Invoca.”

This trophy goes to Melissa Reilly from U.S. Bank, who has consistently demonstrated exceptional thought leadership and generously shared her expertise with the Invoca community across many channels. She has been a true partner to us and the entire customer community.

And, of course, congrats to our finalists, John McGill with Home Franchise Concepts and Alex Balasis with Renewal by Andersen! Learn more about Melissa and Nesby in this video.

Partner Collaboration Award

The Partner Collaboration Award goes to the technology or agency partner who consistently shows a strong commitment to collaboration by participating in events, webinars, lunch and learns, and other activities that help drive visibility, awareness, and business.

This year’s winner is Tealium, who stood out as a truly strategic partner, bringing significant joint efforts to collaborate with shared customers. Huge congratulations to the Tealium team and thank you to the Partner, Sales and Marketing teams who have taken collaboration to the next level with Invoca over the last 5 years! Hat tip to Stephen Smith, Matt Gray, Ben Rodrigues, Michael Logan, Joshua Jacobsen and Meghan Freise.

Break-through Partner of the Year

Now, let’s move on to recognizing our partners. The first partner award is the Break-Through Partner of the Year. This award goes to a partner or agency that has introduced a new and exciting integration, joint use case, or new go-to-market channel. This partner is using unconventional thinking to apply Invoca data in innovative ways. Their approach amplifies the impact of offline data, benefiting our mutual customers.

For the winner this year, we chose Publicis Groupe because our partnership took a big leap forward this year. Congratulations to the whole team on this award, and thank you for your partnership!

This award is given to the technology or agency partner who consistently creates the most creative use cases or integration ideas, helping to bring cutting-edge solutions to the market and driving the next generation of industry tools.

The trophy goes to Contentsquare, based on the depth of their integration with Invoca, which helps clients correctly attribute contact center revenue and conversions, helping to drive better decisions, increase revenue, and reduce costs.  Congratulations, Erin McDonald, Chris Formosa, Brynna Macleay, Julia Doran, Jean-Christophe Pitie, Erin Smith, Evan Wells, and Peter Osborne! We appreciate your partnership.
