Congratulations, 2023 Invoca Impact Award Winners!

Today is one of my favorite days of the year, a day on which we get to reflect on the phenomenal success of our customers and partners and announce winners of the Invoca Impact Awards. We had a record number of nominations and some of the most innovative use cases we’ve ever seen, so we had a lot of tough choices to make to narrow it down to these 11 winners! Let’s get this celebration kicked off!

The Rookie of the Year is a customer who has been live on Invoca for less than one year and realized a measurable and meaningful impact within a few months of going live.

The winner for Rookie of the Year is Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. They impressed us with how quickly they realized the value of connecting the phone channel to their paid media efforts and how quickly they expanded their use of Invoca to additional properties, providing to each location visibility into call outcomes, paid search efficacy, and conversion rates. Congratulations to Sara and team on an amazing first year, and a hat tip to the amazing finalists at COPART, Home Franchise Concepts, and Rentokil Terminix!

The Visionary of the Year makes the most of their investment through a strong vision and execution. They use Invoca’s AI technology in new and innovative ways to meet business objectives and transform their business, while also positively impacting the broader Invoca community.

Please join me in congratulating DIRECTV on winning the Visionary of the Year award, as they continue to push the limit of what’s possible. They created operational efficiency between marketing and call center teams and increased sales agent close rates by 110% by informing its agents of each caller’s digital journey with Invoca PreSense. Huge congratulations to Mark, Nesby and the DIRECTV team and a hat tip to our finalists at The Aspen Group, Banner Health, and MoneySolver.

This award is earned by a customer who uses Invoca insights to drive the biggest impact in key business metrics.

Using Automated QA and voice-spotting Signals to score 100% of their calls, they increased  appointments set by 47%, while also decreasing cost per acquisition and increasing return on spend. Huge congratulations to Tyner and Alex and the whole Renewal by Andersen team, and to our finalists at Physicians Mutual insurance, and Rentokil Terminix.

The Contact Center Innovator of the Year is earned by a customer whose contact center is using Invoca’s AI to coach their agents, reach better outcomes, and make pivotal changes in their sales and care strategy.

We are excited to award ServPro as the winner in this category, because they’ve gone above and beyond, customizing their caller experience and ensuring that the customer never has to repeat themselves. By marrying location data input by the customer on the website with online behavior, this organization is able to connect the customer to their closest location, decreasing rerouted calls by 9% and increasing qualified leads by 16%. Huge congrats, Jay and team, and of course, our hats are off to the finalists at Christian Brothers Automotive, Insperity and Renewal by Andersen.

The Pay Per Call Marketer of the Year demonstrates excellence in partnership and business development, consistently providing growth opportunities and value to their brand partners.

Merkle stood apart through their proactive approach, having identified about a dozen mutual clients and working together to ensure each was equipped with a robust program. We also worked together to identify additional shared clients that could benefit from Invoca’s solution, published a case study with a mutual customer, and have begun exploring new technical integrations. Congratulations again to the Merkle team, and a hat tip to our finalists Butler/Til, Google, and Initiative for their collaboration through the years.

Fullpath won this category because this year, Invoca and Fullpath launched an exciting integration. This integration allows automotive brands to have a 360-degree view of the customer profile, using AI-driven conversation analytics data from phone calls, and blending caller’s first party data from Invoca with the powerful Fullpath Customer Data Platform to fuel more optimized digital marketing for the automotive industry.

Thank you for your partnership and innovation to the Fullpath team, and finalists Ai Media and Salesforce!

This concludes another year of accomplishments and awards! And wow, these have been incredible accomplishments! Huge congratulations again to all of our winners and finalists!
