Invoca Impact Awards is open to companies of every industry that have used Invoca's solutions to drive tangible business results. These awards highlight exemplary marketing strategies, innovative use of technology, and measurable ROI. The submissions can be made across eight customer categories and three partner categories, spanning topics such as improving ROI and spending smarter, to driving the most innovation in the contact center, to improving your caller experience with AI, and generously sharing your knowledge with other customers.
To be considered for Invoca Impact Awards, companies are required to submit an application form that summarizes their success story and how Invoca has played a role in achieving it. Finalists will be announced in August, and winners will be announced on September 14th via a blogpost and on Invoca’s social channels.
