SANTA BARBARA, CA, May 9, 2023 – Invoca, the leader in AI conversation intelligence for revenue teams, today announced it has been named on Inc. Magazine’s annual Best Workplaces list for the sixth consecutive year. The annual list is the result of a comprehensive measurement of American companies that have excelled in creating exceptional workplaces and company culture, whether operating in a physical or a virtual facility.
"Invoca is truly honored to have been named to Inc. magazine’s annual Best Workplaces list for the sixth year in a row. Winning this award is not only a testament to the efforts of our dedicated team, but also a reminder of the importance of creating a positive and inclusive work environment,” said Gregg Johnson, CEO at Invoca. “We believe that when our employees thrive, our company thrives. This recognition motivates us to continue striving for excellence in everything we do and upholding our core values of collaboration, innovation, and accountability."
Each company that was nominated as an Inc. Best Workplace took part in an employee survey, conducted by Quantum Workplace which generated a score out of 100. The survey included topics such as management effectiveness, perks, fostering employee growth, and overall company culture. The organization’s benefits were also audited to determine overall score and ranking. Key findings from the Invoca employees surveyed include the following:
“Being named to Best Workplaces is an honor that only a small fraction of companies have been able to claim,” says Inc. editor-in-chief Scott Omelianuk. “Proving to the world that you’re a magnet for talent and have a culture that keeps teams engaged, productive, and proud to come to work is a truly remarkable achievement.”
