Gregg Johnson is CEO of Invoca, the trusted data + AI platform that empowers marketing, commerce, and contact center teams to drive efficient revenue growth. With a product-first mindset and a strong focus on customers, Gregg has scaled Invoca beyond $100M in ARR and established the company as a leader in AI technology.

He brings two decades of experience building category-defining software products and go-to-market engines. At Salesforce, he led the Marketing Cloud’s social portfolio, integrating over $1B in acquisitions, and ran the product teams on Salesforce Chatter. Earlier roles at Boston Consulting Group and Silicon Valley startups shaped his practical approach to innovation and growth.

Gregg graduated from Stanford University and holds a master’s degree from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business.

Peter has also held CMO positions at Replicant, Castlight Health and Microstrategy. He's passionate about building world-class teams that focus on business impact.

Teresa Dietrich is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience in building, scaling, and transforming technology, products, organizations, and processes across startups, medium-sized companies, and large enterprises in Technology, Media, and Services. Her expertise spans software engineering, product management, design, SRE, and data science. Teresa has led major transformations, including cloud migrations, monolith-to-microservices transitions, and the adoption of platform strategies.

A passionate advocate for diversity in tech, Teresa strives to create inclusive environments that empower individuals from varied demographics and expertise to excel. She believes diverse teams deliver more innovative solutions and better decisions. Teresa’s leadership philosophy emphasizes hiring and nurturing the right talent as the foundation for successful technology and processes.

Most recently, Teresa was the Chief Product Officer at Stack Overflow, where she led product, engineering, and community management through significant growth, a $1.8 billion acquisition by Prosus, and a transformation to Product-Led Growth. Previously, she served as the Global Head of Product & Engineering at McKinsey New Ventures, scaling B2B SaaS solutions and cultivating a global community of technologists. Earlier roles include CTO at Namely and SVP of Technology Operations and Security at WebMD.

An avid learner and traveller, Teresa has visited over 90 countries and all seven continents, capturing and sharing her journeys. She holds degrees from Carnegie Mellon University (BS) and George Mason University (MS) and serves on the Oklahoma School of Science and Math Foundation Board, supporting the institution that sparked her passion for technology.

Bhavin Merchant is Invoca's Chief Financial Officer, bringing over two decades of experience at the intersection of financial strategy, M&A, and operating leadership. He joined Invoca from the SVP of Corporate Development role he held at the company, and his appointment as CFO reflects a career that has consistently bridged capital markets expertise with hands-on executive accountability.

Bhavin began his career in investment banking, holding senior roles at Wells Fargo, Merrill Lynch and Lehman Brothers,  where he advised technology companies through periods of growth, market expansion, and transformational change. Over the course of his career, he has helped drive more than $20 billion in transaction value.

That advisory foundation became an operating one when Bhavin joined Zix Corporation (Nasdaq: ZIXI) as Chief Business Officer. There, he led seven acquisitions that help transform the company into a cloud-based security and compliance platform, culminating in its sale to OpenText (Nasdaq: OTEX). Prior to Zix, he founded Merchant Advisory Group, providing fractional CFO, M&A, and strategy services to investors, entrepreneurs, and boards.

At Invoca, Bhavin partners with the CEO and leadership team on financial strategy, capital allocation, long-range planning, and investor relations with a focus on translating strategic ambition into durable financial performance.

Bhavin holds a BBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and completed Harvard's Advanced Management Program.

Ben is an enterprise sales veteran with over 20 years of experience building and managing sales organizations at high-growth SaaS companies. Prior to Invoca, Ben was the VP of worldwide sales at ON24, where he led and scaled the global sales organization and drove over 70% subscription revenue growth. Prior to that, Ben also served as VP of strategic alliances and business development at ON24. Ben has held various sales and management roles in voice telephony, unified SaaS communications and enterprise SaaS companies including Genesys, Winstar Communications and Verizon.

Ben holds a BA in sociology and mass communication and marketing from Saint Anselm College.

Katherine is a strategic HR and business leader with a proven track record of building and scaling People functions at high-growth startups across SaaS, Fintech, Healthtech, and Adtech. As the SVP of People & Culture at Invoca, she oversees the people strategy for the AI-powered revenue execution platform, ensuring the organization has the right talent, programming, and organizational design required to ignite rapid growth.

Most recently, she spent nearly five years as the VP of People at Altruist, where she was the first People leader hired. She successfully scaled the organization from 50 to over 400 employees, navigating multiple fundraises, M&A activity, and the transition to hybrid work. Having held leadership roles in growth-stage environments for over a decade, Katherine has been a trusted advisor to founders and executive teams, specializing in culture design, executive leadership, and the adoption of AI to drive internal productivity. She is passionate about creating environments where top talent thrives and is dedicated to mentoring the next generation of people leaders.

Nathan has over 15 years of experience as a product growth leader, driving enterprise product development for marketing and advertising technology software companies. Prior to joining Invoca, Nathan was Director of Product Management at Adconion Direct, acquired by Amobee / Singapore Telecom in 2014. As an original member of the product team, Nathan helped Adconion Direct grow into a top 10 global advertising network serving Fortune 500 companies in 20+ countries.

As VP of Strategic Operations at Invoca, Matt Diederichs leads strategic direction, disciplined execution, and AI-driven transformation. He specializes in strategy, operations, and corporate development, with over 15 years of experience helping high-growth SaaS companies scale through pivotal transitions. Matt’s superpower is guiding leadership teams to define clear strategic priorities and execute them with integrity, especially during the critical inflection points that shape a company’s trajectory.

As Invoca’s first Corporate Development leader, Matt established the company’s Strategy and M&A functions. Prior to Invoca, he spent over seven years at Hootsuite during its hypergrowth phase, holding senior roles in strategy and corporate development at the global leader in social media management.

Prior to founding Invoca and RingRevenue, Colin was the Chief Technology Officer at CallWave, Inc. from 2000 to 2008 where he architected the company’s voice services platform to scale to over 10 million free and paid users. From 1989 – 1999, Colin was staff scientist and lead software architect at Unisys/Pulsepoint Communications, a supplier of highly scalable and reliable voicemail systems to major carriers and corporations such as Pacific Bell, Verizon, Motorola and 3M.

Colin earned his BS degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Villanova University. While there he founded and co-wrote Gnuplot, an open source data visualization tool distributed with the Gnu project that remains widely in use today at universities and research organizations worldwide.
